The Administrative Staffs (Admin) ensure the smooth running and logistics during an MUN conference. They are in charge of photo-copying resolutions, passing notepaper from the chair/delegate to another chair/delegate.

The Admin Staff are led by an Executive Administrative Officer. They serve on behalf of the Student Officers, who collaborate with the admins to keep the flow of debate. In particular, chairs would ask for the admin staffs to assist in the voting procedure, ensuring that all doors are secured and that note passing is suspended for all delegates.
