Amendment procedure is where all delegates come together, regardless of their bloc/topic of focus. All delegates are encouraged to submit an amendment to ‘edit’ the resolution - whether it be a small change of vocabulary or striking an entire clause, the one and only goal should be to improve the quality of draft resolution so that it can effectively solve the issue.
