Debate at Ad Hoc Committees (SC)

As mentioned in the Security Council page, Ad Hoc committees follow a different procedure.

<aside> 📌 For each bloc/resolution, a main submitter will be in charge of starting and finishing the debate. Before moving on to voting procedures, the main submitter will be required to give a final speech to urge the house to vote for their resolution.

In this sense, the main submitter is like a representative of a bloc/resolution drafted by the bloc as a group.
